Côte d’Ivoire signed strategic agreements worth around CFA 446 billion (over $800 million) during the Spring Meetings of the IMF and the World Bank in Washington, United States, on April 18, 2026. Led by Minister of Economy and Finance Adama Coulibaly, the Ivorian delegation secured partnerships with international donors and private investors. These funds will support the National Development Plan (PND) 2026–2030, particularly in the sectors of infrastructure, energy, health, education, and water.
