The Central African Armed Forces (FACA), supported by their Russian allies, have regained control of Am-Dafock in northeastern Central African Republic after clashes with the Alliance for Patriotic Renewal (ASP). The border town with Sudan had fallen into the hands of armed groups a few days earlier.
