Egypt and Tunisia are calling for the preservation of Libya’s unity and sovereignty and advocating for a Libyan-led political settlement aimed at holding simultaneous presidential and legislative elections. Cairo and Tunis also seek to strengthen coordination with Algeria through the trilateral mechanism on Libya to support the country’s stability.
