Africa: Democratic Republic of the Congo has filed a case against Rwanda before the International Court of Justice, accusing it of violations of several international conventions linked to the security situation in the eastern part of the country.
Announced at the UN by Congolese ambassador Zenon Mukongo, the move seeks reparations amid ongoing regional tensions and clashes involving the AFC/M23 rebel group, which Kinshasa says is supported by Kigali.
