The ECOWAS Court of Justice has launched, on June 29, 2026 in Abuja, its electronic case management system, a digital platform designed to modernize case processing and strengthen access to justice across the regional bloc. The system enables the full digitization of procedures, from the filing of applications to the monitoring of rulings, as part of the 2026–2030 strategic plan focused on digital transformation.
