The Humanitarian Response Plan in the Central African Republic targeted 1.3 million people between January and July 2026, out of 2.3 million in need of assistance, according to OCHA. Of these, 471,600 received at least one form of assistance, while 160,500 of the 932,100 people identified as highly vulnerable received aid. By the end of August, $115.3 million had been mobilized, representing 43.7% of the required funding.
