The Ivory Coast and Algeria have signed a framework agreement in Abidjan aimed at strengthening cooperation in the energy sector and renewable energies. The partnership includes immediate actions on power generation and electricity grids, as well as long-term projects involving the construction of power plants, engineer training, and skills transfer.
