The United States has welcomed President Félix Tshisekedi’s announcement of a national dialogue in the DR Congo, saying an inclusive process could help build trust, peace and stability. Set to last three months, the dialogue will begin with consultations across the country’s 26 provinces before a national conference in Kinshasa.
