Indigenous peoples in Cameroon continue to face many challenges, including limited access to healthcare and education, marginalization, land loss and the erosion of ancestral knowledge. On the occasion of the 32nd International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples, this edition focuses on Bakhasi traditional midwives, who preserve traditional practices and knowledge.
