In Libya, 250 detainees from Qarnada prison in the eastern part of the country have been released as part of measures linked to the “National Stability Project.” The decision, announced by the National Committee for Monitoring Detention Conditions, follows directives from Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar and his deputy Saddam Haftar, after coordination with the committee headed by Ibrahim Abushnaf.
