The Libyan-Italian Joint Committee has concluded two days of meetings in Tripoli dedicated to military cooperation between the two countries. The discussions focused on training, maintenance, and the rehabilitation of Libyan forces, as well as the needs of the General Staff. Both sides ultimately signed a memorandum establishing new joint training and rehabilitation programs aimed at strengthening the operational capabilities of the Libyan military institution.
