The Mauritian government has approved the creation of a National Aviation Advisory Council tasked with guiding air access policy and assessing key decisions in the sector. The independent body will notably seek to strengthen the country’s connectivity, support the viability of Air Mauritius, and set strategic priorities for air corridors.
