Mozambique and Botswana have established a permanent judicial cooperation mechanism to strengthen cross-border criminal investigations. The agreement provides for the exchange of evidence and information, as well as enhanced collaboration in the fight against corruption, money laundering, drug trafficking, and organized crime.
