Rwanda and Oman signed a visa exemption agreement for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports, along with several agreements covering trade, investment, agriculture and logistics. Concluded during the Rwandan president’s visit to Oman, these agreements aim to strengthen economic and strategic ties between the two countries.
