Former minister Abdoulaye Bibi Baldé has announced the creation of the Rally for Senegal’s Ecosystemic Transformation (RTES). The party, which is set to be launched in Kolda, aims to bring Senegalese people together in response to what its founder describes as the deterioration of the social fabric and divisions within society.
