UNICEF has handed over to the Kingasani General Hospital in Kinshasa an oxygen production plant with a capacity of 2,500 litres per day, inaugurated in the presence of health authorities.
The facility aims to improve the care of critical patients and strengthen the availability of medical oxygen in the country, which currently has 58 production units distributed across 22 provinces, though some areas remain uncovered.
