The Democratic Republic of the Congo has recorded 1,406 confirmed Ebola cases, including 438 deaths, according to the latest government situation report. The outbreak, concentrated in the provinces of Ituri, North Kivu, and South Kivu, also includes 192 recoveries and 609 patients currently under medical care, authorities said.
