359 Rwandan refugees have been repatriated from Goma to Rwanda by the UNHCR, as part of a voluntary return program. Most of those concerned had been living in the territories of Masisi and Rutshuru since their arrival in 1994 during the Rwandan genocide, including people born in the DRC to Rwandan parents as well as former children who arrived at that time.
