DR Congo: Former Justice Minister Constant Mutamba sentenced to 10 years of hard labor

In the Democratic Republic of Congo, former Justice Minister Constant Mutamba has been sentenced to 10 years of hard labor for embezzlement of public funds in the Frivao fund case. His co-defendant, Chançard Bolukola, was sentenced to seven years, while both men have been deprived of their voting and eligibility rights for five years.
