Founded in 1988 by Anas Sefrioui, the Addoha Group has become a key player in Morocco’s real estate sector. Its growth is driven by the construction and marketing of housing for various segments, combined with a strategy of gradual expansion across West Africa. Benefiting from Africa’s demographic growth and urbanization, the group secured revenue of more than 11 billion Moroccan dirhams in 2025.
Founded in 1988, the Addoha Group has become a major player in Morocco’s real estate sector. Its development strategy is based on regional expansion, as well as the construction and sale of housing targeting various market segments, enabling it to gradually expand its operations into several West African countries.
“We are present in five West African countries. We are present in Côte d’Ivoire, which has become our regional hub for housing development in the sub-region. We are present in Senegal, where we have signed an agreement to build 10,000 housing units, including both social and high-end housing. We are present in Guinea, in Conakry, where we are developing two mid-range residential projects. We are present in Ghana, where we are also developing two projects, one affordable and one high-end. And we are starting operations in Togo with our first real estate development in Lomé.”

For fiscal year 2025, the Addoha Group reported strong performance indicators, with secured revenue of MAD 11.2 billion, up 22% from MAD 9.2 billion recorded at the end of December 2024. Presales reached 11,035 units, up 3% year-on-year, with the West African market accounting for 20% of total sales. This performance confirms the Group’s strong foothold in the region, which has become a key driver of its international growth.
“We have also signed an agreement with Togo to build 1,000 housing units. Our core business is affordable and social housing. In Morocco, we have developed more than 250,000 affordable and social housing units, which remains our most important business segment. Our objective, of course, is to provide quality housing at affordable prices. We are also making significant efforts to ensure that our housing projects meet sustainable development standards.”

The Group has also significantly accelerated its operational pace, with more than 26,000 housing units currently under construction, 30% of which are in West Africa. Total revenue expected from the projects currently under construction amounts to nearly MAD 21 billion. Notably, 60% of the overall units under construction have reached a technical completion rate of more than 50%, providing a significant pipeline for future revenue generation, according to Addoha Group’s 2025 performance indicators.
“We have partnered with specialists and consulting firms to design products that respect the environment. Our projects also involve significant investment in landscaping, green spaces, and other environmentally friendly features within our real estate developments.”

Despite these prospects, Africa’s real estate sector continues to face several challenges, including access to financing, land costs, rising construction material prices, inadequate infrastructure, and household purchasing power. For developers, the ability to provide affordable housing while maintaining project profitability is therefore a major challenge. In this context, Addoha’s growth illustrates both the opportunities offered by Africa’s real estate market and the need for developers to adapt to the economic and social realities of each country.
