From the very first day, our ambition was to create an automotive manufacturer capable of meeting all mobility needs for Moroccans to become the Moroccan Volkswagen, the people’s car. Today, we are launching an electric vehicle that is highly accessible for young people. This vehicle reflects the know-how we have developed here in Morocco, in battery manufacturing as well as across the entire ecosystem, and we aim to export this expertise to Africa and to Europe.

But one of Neo Motors’ strategic pillars remains the training of young people. The company has established an unprecedented skills-development program, aimed at manufacturing as many components locally as possible and strengthening a Moroccan workforce specialized in electric technologies.
Today, more than 115 young people have been trained and are manufacturing locally. We rely on a national ecosystem. It is a source of pride it’s a dream we live every day. We grew up with the American dream; today we are living the Moroccan dream… and this dream will probably expand into an African dream.
