Sao Tomé-et-Principe reaffirmed on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, in Rabat its support for Morocco’s territorial integrity and sovereignty over the Sahara, endorsing the autonomy plan as the only credible solution. Following talks with Nasser Bourita, the Santomean Foreign Minister welcomed UN Resolution 2797 and reiterated her country’s commitment to strengthening cooperation with Morocco, particularly through the 2025–2027 roadmap.
